外国留学生办理校外住宿登记流程图
Procedures of Registration for International Students Living Off Campus
留学生按校规向留学生管理办公室提出校外住宿的申请，提供租房合同，填写《留学生校外住宿登记表》，由经办人签署意见并加盖公章。留学生办公室保存同意函原件及合同复印件。
Report to Administration Office of CIE (College of International Exchange) and submit a housing lease (contract) and a completed RFISLOC (Registration Form for International Students Living off Campus). Once Administration Office permits your off-campus living, the RFISLOC will be stamped and a photocopy of the lease should be kept by Office.
留学生持《留学生校外住宿登记表》、护照和学生证，与房东在24小时内一起到居住地派出所办理临时住宿登记，填写《境外人员临时住宿登记表》。
Bring the RFISLOC, passport, Student ID together with the owner of the house (landlord) to the local police station to complete a Registration Form of Temporary Residence within 24 hours.
留学生管理办公室根据留学生的《留学生校外住宿登记表》和《境外人员临时住宿登记表》为其开具办理外国学生办证申请函，并保存《留学生校外住宿登记表》。
Bring the RFISLOC and Registration Form of Temporary Residence back to Administration Office, School Letter will then be provided and RFISLOC will be kept by Administration Office.
留学生在10天内持外国学生办证申请函, 护照和《境外人员临时住宿登记表》到上海市公安局出入境管理局（民生路1500号）办理外国人居留许可变更手续。
With the School Letter, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and passport apply the change of Residence Permit at the Visa Center, 1500 Minsheng Road within 10 days.
备注Attention：
①“24小时内”和“10天内”均从留学生在校外住宿之日起计算。
The periods of 24 hours and 10 days are both calculated from the day when you move into the off-campus house.
② 从学校宿舍搬至校外住宿的学生持《境外人员临时住宿登记表》在宿舍前台办理退房手续。
If you move outside campus from dormitory, you should present Registration Form of Temporary Residence to reception desk before you can get the dorm deposit back.
